Radiofrequency Ablation
For a few select benign cases and a few indeterminate thyroid nodules, we use ultrasound guided ablative techniques where we burn these nodules. This causes shrinkage of their size, and they don’t appear that visible anymore. Select nodules may completely disappear with this technique.
